Dashboard Overview  

The Dashboard offers a comprehensive visual representation of all critical information related to your operations. It includes:

 

  • Trips: View total trips, trip statuses, and detailed journey information.
  • Orders: Access the total number of orders and their current statuses.
  • Vehicle and Driver Utilization: Monitor the utilization details of vehicles and drivers.
  • Trips Created vs. Trips Closed: Analyze the comparison of trips created versus trips closed.
  • Fleet Utilization: Gain insights into fleet utilization rates.
  • Average Loading and Offloading Time: Track the average time taken for loading and offloading operations.
  • Distance Travelled: Review details of the distance travelled by vehicles.

Operational Analytics Overview

Operational Analytics allows you to monitor delivery progress with detailed insights into completed orders and ongoing work to optimize your operations. This module provides real-time information on live operational activities, presented in a visual representation for ease of understanding.

Reports Overview

The Reports module provides comprehensive insights into various aspects of your business, including orders, trips, drivers, and vehicles. By downloading these reports, you can effectively monitor and analyze business performance.

  • Orders: Analyze order data to monitor volume, status, and fulfillment rates.
  • Trips: Track trip details, including duration, routes, and completion status.
  • Drivers: Evaluate driver performance, assignment history, and compliance.
  • Vehicles: Assess vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and efficiency.

These reports offer valuable information to help you make informed decisions and optimize your operations.

 

How to view or download various REPORTS?   

Step 1: Navigate to the reports section and click on it to reveal reports homepage.   

 Step 2: Select the "required report module" option to then select the date and branch then click on get reports your report will get download
